By stepping onto our platform and taking part in the Halo Loop experience, you explicitly provide consent to be recorded. Our 360-video booth is designed to capture dynamic, fun content, and your participation indicates your agreement to this recording process.
We understand that you might prefer your images not be used for marketing. If this is the case, it is your responsibility to provide prior notice to our attendant before you step into the Halo Loop booth and are recorded. This allows us to ensure your video and images are removed from our system straight away and are not used for any promotional purposes.
If you do not provide us with this prior notice, we cannot take responsibility for the use of your imagery in our promotional and marketing materials. We may, without further notice, use such content on our website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral to showcase the Halo Loop experience.
To ensure everyone is aware of our recording and usage policy, you acknowledge that clear signage is placed at the queue and surrounding areas of the 360-video experience. These signs explicitly advise that recording is in process and that captured content may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Your decision to proceed with the experience after viewing these signs further confirms your understanding and consent.
Ultimately, it is your responsibility to advise our staff if you wish to not be included in our marketing efforts. We're here to help and want to ensure your comfort and privacy, so please don't hesitate to speak to an attendant if you have any concerns before or during your Halo Loop experience.
Cancellation Policy
All 5 hour bookings with Halo Loop are reserved for the entire day, and whole half days for all other packages, ensuring full attention and service for your event. This means we are unable to accept other bookings or prearranged events for that period.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to your event date.
A $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations and is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur further charges, as the date has been exclusively held for your booking. By securing your date with Halo Loop, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Health and Safety Briefing
At Halo Loop, your safety is important, however we do not accept liability for health and safety matters during your participation in our experiences.
